Motor Shows - Press Pass Application Request

In order to qualify for Press Accreditation for Race Retro (21-23 Feb 2025), Practical Classics Classic Car & Restoration Show (21-23 March 2025) and/or Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show (7-9 Nov 2025), please complete the form below. Your application will be reviewed by our PR Agency.

You are required to provide evidence of your work before your application is processed.

Evidence of your work can include:
• An article or photograph published in the past six months with a byline/credit
• A letter from the editor or publisher on headed paper with a hand written signature
• Google analytics or web traffic reports

If you are not able to supply evidence as a digital link you will need to email it to the PR team (poppyseedmedia@gmail.com), with your order number once you have submitted your application. Further details on this are given within the application form.

Please ensure this is provided promptly to allow the team to process your application in time before the show.

Race Retro - Access to the Live Rally Stage – Photographers and Videographers

Once you have applied for media accreditation, please email poppyseedmedia@gmail.com to request a tabard stating which day you would prefer, if you want a morning session, afternoon, or all day. 

Attach to your email proof of your Public Liability insurance, which should be a minimum of £5 million in coverage. 

You will be required to attend a media briefing on the morning you are having the tabard and will need to pay a £10 cash deposit that will be returned to you when you return the tabard.
